 I started working in the trades when I was twenty. After my first job hanging wallpaper, I knew immediately that this was where my future would lie. Now, over 30 years later, I still love to see the fabulous changes that have occurred in my industry over the years as well as the beauty and warmth that wallpaper has brought to my clients’ homes.
My main focus has always been to gain knowledge and experience in all phases of the trade in order to offer quality installations for the discriminating homeowner.
I joined the National Guild of Professional Paperhangers in 1984 and have achieved “Certified Wallcovering Consultant” status from the Paint & Decorating Retail Association (PDRA). I am a certified installer for Fromental Handpainted Wallpapers. I have also had my work featured in Woman’s Day “Decorating Ideas” Magazine and a sample book for Sunworthy Wallpaper Company.
My experience has included working for many local businesses and residential home builders as well as nationally recognized companies. I continue to work hard for my customers and some of the area’s finest Interior Designers.
I understand the importance of the selection process and I am able to offer my advice and consult on wallcovering selections. While the industry has gone through numerous changes and advancements in wallcovering design, quality and technology, I seek to remain on the cutting edge with my technique, and remain current in the new technologies while maintaining the traditional craft of paperhanging.
I feel fortunate to have followed my career of choice as a professional paperhanger and would like to thank all my customers for that opportunity.
